This form is intended to create "open source" books for the section Digital library.
Currently (November 2020) books for this section are expected to be completed with multiple choice questions by which gradually displaying the book content on the front-end.
The form contains a field "cover" available only once the page is created, by which to upload the cover of the actual edition of the book
