In order to achieve these objectives, there will be support for four strands:
 
a) creating/producing high-quality goods and services, at competitive prices, and in increased quantities,
 
b) access to national, regional and international markets, circulation/dissemination/promotion of ACP goods and services,
 
c) visual literacy,
 
d) improving access to financing through innovative mechanisms that allow co-financing and aim to reduce ACP cultural operators’ dependency on international financing.
 
Digital input is recommended for the implementation of the four strands set out above.

|Funding information=The total available financial resources is 26,000,000 euros divided into 6 lots to which the following resources are assigned:
 
Lot 1 = 6.2 million euros;
 
Lot 2 = 6 million euros:
 
Lot 3 = 4.2 million euros;
 
Lot 4 = 3.8 million euros;
 
Lot 5 = 3 million euros;
 
Lot 6 = 2.8 million euros.
 
 
 
Only one project will be approved for each lot.
 
|Requisites=Entities / bodies with legal personality that fall into the following categories: foundations, associations, NGOs, public / private sector operators, local authorities, higher education institutions and universities; international (intergovernmental) organizations.
 
 
 
The proposing subject must be established for at least 3 years in one of the countries eligible for the call (listed in Annex L), have proven experience of at least 3 years (in the period 2015-2019) in the allocation and monitoring of the implementation of support in ACP countries, including support to third parties in the areas of culture and / or creative industries and / or social and human development. Even the co-proposer must comply with the same eligibility requirements as the proposer except those relating to the experience.
